Sustainability review 2024 published
Ouneva Group is committed to conducting its business in a sustainable and responsible manner. For us, responsible business means the comprehensive development of operations, which takes into account the requirements of social responsibility, environmental responsibility and financial responsibility.
We have compiled key figures and company greetings from various areas of the past year into the sustainability review. We want to provide our stakeholders with the opportunity to review our figures even before the CSRD requirements come into effect. Some highlights from last year include decreased energy consumption and total amount of waste. An increase in the emission factor slightly increased our carbon footprint, even though total energy consumption decreased in several companies. You can review the report below.
The year 2024 was significant for us, as we announced our first common strategy in June extending to 2030. One of the strategy’s focus areas is sustainability, aiming to make sustainability a genuine part of all our operations and value chain. The first step towards this was the creation of a sustainability strategy, completed in the fall of 2024. In the strategy we have defined short, medium, and long-term goals for the areas of personnel, environment, and business partnerships.
