Everyday exercise with a new employee benefit
At Ouneva Group, a new employee benefit has been introduced. The company bike benefit was a much-desired perk among the staff. We regularly monitor employee well-being through surveys and collect development ideas and suggestions related to workplace well-being. Many employees have already started using the company bike benefit.
We interviewed a few employees who have acquired a company bike about the acquisition process and the joys of everyday cycling.
