Die-casting foundry
Aluminium is an environmentally friendly recyclable material, which is an important feature to many of our customers. We support sustainable development by recycling as much aluminium and other materials as possible.
Zinc has excellent casting qualities, dimensional accuracy and electrical conductivity, which makes it superior compared to many other raw materials. Zinc is a highly suitable material for small mechanical parts and components.
Our modern facility, together with high levels of automation and robotized production cells, combined with the latest technology and long experience enables a very cost-efficient production.
Further processing and assembly
We also provide milling, machining, deburring, shotblasting, robot-controlled grinding and various surface treatments prior to the assembly of the castings. Seamless co-operation with other sectors of the Ouneva Group enables complex system assemblies that often include sheet metal parts, electronics and wire harnesses to be manufactured.
